We supply training & education resources for people to use themselves. We do not provide trainers, because we think such services provide very poor value for money to you. It is very much wiser for employers to use their own people, rather than outside consultants. External consultants have little or no knowledge of your organisation's corporate culture, and the effectiveness of any behaviour training conducted is entirely dependent upon that culture. Only your own managers, supervisors and staff understand your own corporate culture, so only your own people are qualified to conduct behaviour training for your own people which has any hope of success.

Surely your own company already employs people who can train others? The only thing stopping them is not having the course material to train with. That is exactly what we provide for you. In this way you do not need to pay consultant's fees every time you want to train anyone. Once you have the materials you can train as many people as you like, as often as you like, at no extra cost because you don't need the consultant any more once you can train yourselves.

Our company compares this process to the difference between selling fish to people to eat, and helping those same people to fish for themselves instead. Consultants are "fish salesmen" who want you to eat the fish and then call them back again when you next feel hungry. Until employers start doing training themselves, they will remain entirely dependent upon outside consultants forever.
